"Based on a complaint by Peggy Adler to the Clinton Board of Ethics, a finding of Probable Cause, has been published that Cynthia Watts and Lisa MacDonald, may have violated the Town code of ethics by not recusing themselves in the matter of John Watts application to the Clinton Planning and Zoning Commission for a site plan on property owned by John Watts at 186 East Main Street in Clinton, Connecticut. John Watts, Cynthia Watts' brother, applied for approval of the site plan with the assistance of Michael MacDonald, a licensed architect and husband of Lisa MacDonald."
